3. Permissions & Compliance
It is the client's responsibility to obtain all required permissions before work begins. Paramount assists in guidance but is not responsible for legal or regulatory approvals.
4. Disclaimer – Structural Responsibility
Despite our expertise and care, Paramount Building Lift Service will not be held liable for any structural damage, cracks, tilting, or unforeseen issues that may occur during or after the lifting/shifting process. Clients accept that building relocation or elevation involves inherent risks.
5. Client Responsibilities
- • Provide accurate building details before project commencement.
- • Ensure site access, utilities, and safety measures are in place.
- • Maintain insurance coverage, if required.
6. Limitation of Liability
Paramount is not liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- • Damages caused by hidden structural weaknesses.
- • Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure.
